Jacksonville police are investigating a double shooting early Sunday morning on the city's Northside.
Around 5:45 a.m., the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office received a call of a person shot.
Once police arrived on scene, they found one adult female and a 12-year-old girl who had been shot while inside a home on Hilly Road. Police gave no information on the condition of the victims.
Police discovered ammunition rounds on the street and are canvassing the area.
There is no suspect information at this time.
